It is mandatory to carry a valid passport or ID at all access points. Children need a ticket, so they must be included in the reservation. To collect the audio guide, a €50 deposit is required, which will be refunded upon its return in good condition. The wheelchair route does not reach all areas. The reserved time does not correspond to the Nasrid Palaces; the visit may start at the Alcazaba or Generalife. Children under 5 years old are not included in the audio guide. We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the chosen time. If you select the waitlist option: You will enter only if there are cancellations or last-minute tickets (96% confirmation rate). Maximum confirmation is 8 hours in advance; if not confirmed, you will receive a full refund. The access time to the Nasrid Palaces will be notified by email according to availability. Schedules: 15/10–31/03 from 8:30 to 17:00 and 01/04–14/10 from 8:30 to 19:00. You can leave the waitlist by sending an email to [email protected] as long as you have not received confirmation of your tickets. Only tickets available for the selected date and time are shown; if there is only one, the included access points are detailed. Sometimes it is only possible to book without the Nasrid Palaces due to high demand, so we recommend booking in advance. Cancellation policy Once the reservation request is made, it cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
