Important information	It is essential to arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes in advance for the proper organization of the group. Before making the payment, please confirm that the details provided (first name, last name, ID/passport number, language, etc.) are correct, as otherwise you will not be able to enter the monument. It is essential to carry a valid passport or ID card, as it may be requested at some of the monument’s entrances. The route for wheelchair users does not access certain areas of the monument. The Palace of Charles V may be closed on some days for organizational reasons of the Alhambra Board or due to events such as the International Festival of Music and Dance. In this case, the customer will be offered the option to visit it at no additional cost at the end of the daytime visit. The tour requires a minimum group of 6 participants to take place. If the minimum number is not reached, you will be provided with an APP audio guide and the difference will be refunded. Don’t forget to bring a mobile device and headphones to use it. In case you book the waitlist option: If you choose this option, you will be placed on a waiting list in case there are cancellations or last-minute ticket availability for the Alhambra. Our confirmation rate is 96%. The latest confirmation time is up to 8 hours before the tour time. If the ticket is not confirmed, the amount paid will be released and you will receive a full refund. The entry time to the Nasrid Palaces (if you choose this option) will be confirmed by email once availability exists. Please remember the access hours are: from 15/10 to 31/03, 8:30 to 17:00, and from 01/04 to 14/10, 8:30 to 19:00. You may leave the waiting list by sending an email to [email protected], as long as you have not received confirmation of your tickets. The guide will give you the tickets at the meeting point, right before the guided tour begins.
