Important information

To use your gift card, simply email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Redeem Gift Card". Our team will send you a discount code for the amount of your gift card. If the total amount exceeds the value of the card, you may pay the difference using other payment methods. You can use the card for any available activity and for as many bookings as the remaining balance allows.
The gift card is valid for two years. You must make the booking within that period, but the experience dates can be anytime—even after the card has expired—as long as the reservation was completed before the expiration date.
